This policy explains what ReadyRaven collects, why it is used, when it is shared with service providers, and what controls are available to players.

This public policy page is intended for App Store users, reviewers, and existing players who need clear contact and privacy information.

Account and profile data, including an internal account record, your public player identifier, authenticated session data, your handle, and cosmetic selections.
Gameplay, multiplayer, and safety data, including progression, scores, matches, reports, friends, blocked users, and telemetry needed to run and improve the app.
Device and settings data stored locally on your device so the app can remember progression, consent state, inventory, and preferences between sessions.
Push notification data, such as your APNs device token and notification environment, if you enable notifications.
Advertising and measurement data, such as the advertising identifier, only if advertising is enabled and you authorize tracking where required.

To provide core app functions such as progression, multiplayer, cosmetics, matchmaking, moderation, and optional notifications.
To protect players and the service by preventing abuse, investigating reports, enforcing rules, and maintaining security.
To analyze gameplay balance, reliability, and product quality, and to support optional ad measurement when those features are enabled.
To comply with legal obligations and to respond to valid user, safety, or regulatory requests.

Render is used to host backend and database infrastructure.
Apple processes push delivery and platform-level services that users enable on their devices.
IronSource / Unity LevelPlay and related ad-network partners may process advertising or measurement data if ad features are enabled.
Account, multiplayer, and safety records are retained while an account remains active. If a player deletes an account in the app, core server-side account data linked to that account is deleted, subject to limited retention for fraud prevention, security, unresolved abuse investigations, or legal compliance.

You can delete your account directly in the iOS app.
You can change notification and tracking permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting support at sebastian.lundberg@hotmail.com.
The app is not intended for users under 13.
